Failed Tests

The following tests (below) fail when `make test` is run on [Arrayfire 3.7.1](https://github.com/arrayfire/arrayfire/releases/tag/v3.7.1). I have installed the required dependencies as shown [here](https://github.com/arrayfire/arrayfire/wiki/Build-Instructions-for-Linux#cuda-backend-dependencies). Why are these tests failing?

Start by reproducing the failure with `make test` against ArrayFire 3.7.1 and inspect the six named CTest cases: `test_sparse_arith_*` and `test_matrixmarket_*`. The issue does not include the individual test errors, so determine the failure output and whether the cause is shared across CPU, CUDA, and OpenCL; done means the cause is documented and the affected tests pass.
