[Feature]Stripe Integration With Appsmith

## Summary

Out of the box integration with Stripe for users of Appsmith. This should enable invoicing, refunds, and other commonly used functionality from Stripe.

## Motivation

Commerce is the underlying backbone of a business, and payments are the first step towards commerce. Most businesses have a need to invoice and refund users, and based on customer interviews, a big internal app is a refunding/support/invoicing application, core to which is Stripe with their market-dominating position.

## Additional Context

More user interviews will be needed to design and develop this feature.
