[Docs]: SAML SSO setup fails on kubernetes HA setup

### Problem Statement

Upon setting SAML SSO, GOOGLE login, OIDC, GITHUB SIGNIN

we recommend users to do a

kubectl rollout restart deployment/appsmith -n

we should have it in the old docs. In the current [docs](https://docs.appsmith.com/getting-started/setup/instance-configuration/authentication/security-assertion-markup-language-saml/okta) i am not able to find it.
