Need to change the orientation of app which is dependent on sensor

The problem

I have a mobile app which opens in portrait mode and later I need to switch to landscape mode. I have tried all possible solutions but the app does not turn to landscape mode but if I minimize the app , my emulator screen is changed to landscape. My app rotation is dependent on the sensor. How can I handle this using appium with python. I am using Appium-Python-Client 4.0.0.

Code To reproduce issue

Comienza con el endpoint de orientación de Appium-Python-Client que aparece en los logs, especialmente con la solicitud POST que establece LANDSCAPE y el error del driver de Android. Reproduce el comportamiento en el emulador de Android y las versiones de Appium indicadas; después determina si el fallo corresponde al cliente o al driver subyacente. El trabajo estará terminado cuando se haya identificado un alcance claro y reproducible, así como el comportamiento de orientación esperado.
