服务端使用http2协议，在压测场景下，消费端调用服务端接口出现异常，由于http2的流控导致请求失败

Bắt đầu bằng cách tái hiện lỗi dưới tải HTTP/2 bằng endpoint CseDemo:cse-provider.testHttpTwo.get, sau đó lần theo stack điều khiển luồng của Netty thông qua VertxHttp2ConnectionHandler. So sánh hành vi của consumer và server xung quanh stream 17 và connection stream 0; được coi là hoàn thành khi kịch bản tải không còn thất bại và regression được bao phủ bởi một test có thể lặp lại.
