Is there a way to add custom tags in Zipkin tracing ?

Today Zipkin trace logs 2 custom tags namely `http.method` & `http.path`. Is there a way to add more custom tags like `instanceId`.

Also `Server` trace displays only the IPAddress and there is no `port` displayed in the address. How to configure the tracing log to show port along with IP address?
