@mapbox/node-pre-gyp@1.0.11 causes lots of deprecated warnings.

npm warn deprecated inflight@1.0.6: This module is not supported, and leaks memory. Do not use it. Check out lru-cache if you want a good and tested way to coalesce async requests by a key value, which is much more comprehensive and powerful.

まず @mapbox/node-pre-gyp@1.0.11 に対して npm install を再現し、どの依存関係が inflight、npmlog、rimraf、are-we-there-yet、glob、gauge を取り込んでいるかを確認します。クライアントが非推奨パッケージの警告を出さなくなり、依存関係の変更がインストール出力によって検証できれば完了です。
