Cannot build the nodejs client following the Readme

System: Ubuntu-18.04

When I followed the readme to build the client, it threw following errors at the `npm run build` step:

Cannot find the `libpulsarwithdeps.a`. I found that there is a script to build the `libpulsarwithdeps.a` on the macos system but not for the linux system. I think we may need to update the Readme.

Commencez par les instructions du README pour `npm run build` et comparez-les au script macOS existant qui génère `libpulsarwithdeps.a`. Vérifiez comment le build Linux doit produire cette bibliothèque, puis documentez les étapes nécessaires ; le travail est terminé lorsque le workflow du README s’exécute correctement sur Ubuntu sans l’erreur de bibliothèque manquante.
