Cannot build the nodejs client following the Readme

System: Ubuntu-18.04

When I followed the readme to build the client, it threw following errors at the `npm run build` step:

Cannot find the `libpulsarwithdeps.a`. I found that there is a script to build the `libpulsarwithdeps.a` on the macos system but not for the linux system. I think we may need to update the Readme.

Comienza con las instrucciones del README para `npm run build` y compáralas con el script existente de macOS que construye `libpulsarwithdeps.a`. Comprueba cómo debería producir esa biblioteca la compilación de Linux y documenta los pasos necesarios; se considera terminado cuando el flujo de trabajo del README se completa correctamente en Ubuntu sin el error de biblioteca faltante.
