Description

It seems that Parquet website (https://parquet.apache.org/documentation/latest/) pulls documentation from old github repo https://github.com/Parquet/parquet-format instead of the Apache repo https://github.com/apache/parquet-format.

**Note**: *This issue was originally created as [PARQUET-1063](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PARQUET-1063). Please see the [migration documentation](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PARQUET-2502) for further details.*

Research direction

Start at the Parquet website documentation URL and compare its documentation source with the two repository links in the issue. Trace where the website selects the repository, then update it to use apache/parquet-format and verify that the latest documentation is pulled from the Apache repository.
