Use the operator as an ops task task [alberto martino]

Experoment with refactoring the operator as an ops plugin.

Desidered effect:

git clone https://github.com/apache/openserverless-operator olaris-opsv

and you have the opsv plugin

$ ops opsv
* setup: manage installations

$ops opsv setup
* redis

$ops opsv setup redis
* create
* delete
```

then you can do use the commands to create and delete the plugin using the redis modules under nuvolaris

この issue ではファイル、テスト、コマンドのエントリポイントが指定されていないため、まず operator と既存の ops コマンド実装を探します。現在の構造を、要求されている opsv のセットアップおよび Redis の create/delete コマンド階層と比較し、それらのコマンドを公開する動作するクローン済みプラグインができた時点を完了とみなします。
