connection numbers statistics of IoTDB

I want to monitor the connection numbers occupied by current users and the total connection numbers of IoTDB, just like the MySQL. Currently, IoTDB doesn't provide this function. I hope it can provide this useful function in later version.

Issue không nêu tên tệp, bài kiểm thử hay điểm vào nào. Hãy bắt đầu bằng cách xác định các interface quản lý và giám sát kết nối của IoTDB, sau đó làm rõ cách cần cung cấp số lượng kết nối của người dùng hiện tại và tổng số kết nối, rồi xác minh hành vi bằng các bài kiểm thử tập trung.

Do mô hình lập chỉ mục viết ra từ nội dung của issue.
