首先，在 IoTDB 0.12.1 上分别使用 root 用户和非 root 用户复现对不存在时间序列的查询，并对比 602 响应和 issue 中的截图。跟踪处理缺失时间序列时涉及的查询和授权入口；当两种用户都收到预期的一致响应时，即表示完成。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
