[Bug] 导出工具在导出 SQL 时，双引号未转义

如果 TEXT 类型的时间序列的值中包含 `"`，按照语法规范应该转写为 `""`。

Read iotdb-client/cli/src/main/java/org/apache/iotdb/tool/data/ExportData.java around line 761, where SQL export handles TEXT values. Reproduce an export containing a double quote and compare the generated SQL with the required doubled-quote syntax. Done means exported SQL escapes every embedded double quote correctly.
