まず、報告された3C3DセットアップでIoTDB 1.3.0のWALリカバリを再現し、direct-buffer OutOfMemoryErrorで失敗するWALノード割り当てを追跡します。JVMメモリを増やした場合も含め、WAL割り当ての失敗なしにクラスタが復旧して正常に動作すれば完了です。
