[Bug] IoTDBException: get all template error.

IotDb ： 1.2.0

### Describe the bug and provide the minimal reproduce step

打开iotDb，静置几个小时没有操作，执行： show template ，程序报错。
重新启动 IotDb，马上执行，问题可以解决。

Bắt đầu với việc tái hiện lỗi `show template` đã được báo cáo và các mục `Session.executeQueryStatement` và `RpcUtils.verifySuccess` trong stack trace, sau đó lần theo lỗi `get all template` trong phần triển khai của server. Sử dụng kịch bản một khoảng thời gian nhàn rỗi trên IoTDB 1.2.0 làm trường hợp hồi quy; được xem là hoàn tất khi `show template` thực thi thành công sau khi cơ sở dữ liệu đã ở trạng thái nhàn rỗi trong vài giờ.

Do mô hình lập chỉ mục viết ra từ nội dung của issue.
