iotdb在python无法运行

python=3.11.5，apache-iotdb=1.1.2，thrift=0.16.0环境中，iotdb用不了，无法运行，连都连不了

Reproduce the connection failure with Python 3.11.5, apache-iotdb 1.1.2, and thrift 0.16.0, then inspect iotdb/Session.py around open and set_time_zone and the generated thrift client calls. Compare the server and client setup involved in openSession; done means the cause is confirmed and a compatible connection no longer ends with the transport-not-open error.
