FYI: `sqlparser` was last released to [crates.io](https://crates.io/crates/sqlparser) about **two** month ago, but the associated `sqlparser_derive` was last released about **four** months ago.

Can they be released together for the upcoming version, or maybe update/push the version of `sqlparser_derive` that is associated with the `v0.62.0` tag? (I'm waiting on the fix made in https://github.com/apache/datafusion-sqlparser-rs/pull/2219 to land; I can pin to the tag, but would be good if the actual releases matched 👍)
