During the migration process, the source host encountered a problem and went down. After that, the volume that was being migrated is permanently locked as "Migrating" and cannot be operated on.
When I looked inside the ISCSI volume mounted on the destination host, I was able to confirm that the migration was completed.

I tried rewriting the SQL table, but the problem did not improve.
I would like to file this issue as a bug that occurs in certain situations.

VolumeManagemet コンポーネントと Migration コンポーネントから始め、ソース KVM ホストの障害が発生した状態で、クラスタ間の VM ストレージ移行を再現します。移行先が完了を確認した後も、ボリュームが "Migrating" としてマークされたままになる過程を追跡します。SQL テーブルを手動で書き換えなくても、ボリュームを復旧して操作できれば完了です。
