UI: sliders for CPU and memory specifications of VMs

Good afternoon, if you create a Service Offering with Custom constrained or Custom unconstrained, where you specified CPU and Memory limits. For example, in Custom constrained I specified minCPU:1 and MaxCPU:40. I created a user user1, where I set CPU limit:7 for him.
It would be nice when the user selects Service offering - he could only choose between 1 and the specified limit (CPU limit). It would be nice if he moves the slider he could only choose a value between 1 and user CPU Limit.
Is it possible ?
