Description
##### ISSUE TYPE
* Improvement Request
In the UI, there is possibility to enable the Network Service Providers (e.g. VirtualRouter or VpcVirtualRouter) on the Guest Traffic - but that is not really possible until you enable the elements of those Network Service Providers (can be done in API, but not in UI).
Improve this to be able to enable Elements of each Network Service Provider - possibly do the needed API calls, but still with a single (existing) button, or possibly enable elements seprately (whatever is the easier way to do it) under each Network Service Provider

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing UI action for enabling Network Service Providers on Guest Traffic and the API calls it triggers. Check how provider elements such as VirtualRouter and VpcVirtualRouter are represented, then make the enable flow activate their elements through one existing button or separate controls. Done means the elements can be enabled from the UI without manual API calls.
