1. Create remote access VPN
2. connect using the windows 10 (https://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/latest/adminguide/networking/using_remote_access.html#microsoft-windows-8)

Iniziare con la procedura VPN di accesso remoto collegata nell’issue e riprodurre il problema di connessione di Windows 10 su CloudStack 4.17.2.0 utilizzando la configurazione VPC fornita. Esaminare management-server.log insieme alle richieste VPN e API mostrate nel report. Il lavoro è completato quando la causa è stata identificata e una connessione VPN di accesso remoto funzionante è stata ripristinata.
