### Problem
The UI advisory for registering the latest CKS ISO seems to be hardcoded to register CKS ISO for version 1.33.1, when there are newer versions uploaded to: https://download.cloudstack.org/cks/
### Versions
CloudStack version 4.23.0 RC2
### The steps to reproduce the bug
1. Navigate to Compute -> Kubernetes
2. Select Add latest Kubernetes ISO from the advisories -> Observe 1.33.1 CKS ISO is registered
### What to do about it?
Register the latest available CKS ISO version from: https://download.cloudstack.org/cks/
