ACS 4.20: Windows instances all have the same fingerprints when using UEFI.

### problem

As we create Windows Templates:

```
Sysprep /generalize /oobe /shutdown
```

OR

Variable files are being created, indicating it does sets individual fingerprints (I guess).

For some reason, when deploying form the template it always comes back with the same fingerprints like if they were all cloned from the original.

I narrowed down to the UEFI because as we performed the exact same procedure with Legacy BIOS, the issue is gone.

Any clue?

ACS 4.20.1.0
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
NFS as Primary and Secondary storages.

### What to do about it?

As a work around we do not use UEFI unless it is mandatory and always deploy new instances from ISO, not from template.
