Research direction

No source files, tests, or exact reproduction commands are identified. Start by reproducing deployment of password-enabled template 203 on an L2 default network in CloudStack 4.20, then trace the UserData support check. Done means the expected handling of the template's existing default credentials is defined and the deployment behavior is verified.
