Idea: Integration of Cloudberry Backup with Cloudberry Command Center

Propose a new feature to integrate Cloudberry Backup with a future Cloudberry Command Center, enabling centralized monitoring and management of backup operations. Currently, there is no official Command Center, but we plan to develop one based on https://github.com/open-gpdb/yagpcc.

Integrating backup with the Command Center would greatly enhance the user experience, eliminating the need to monitor backups through separate tools.
