Use correct attribution in the footer of documentation pages

To be inline with ASF policy, we should update the text in the footer used in the docs (e.g. https://arrow.apache.org/adbc/current/index.html) to match the footer used in the main website (https://arrow.apache.org/). i.e. add the trademark attribution test.

arrow.apache.org/adbc/current/index.html の ADBC ドキュメントページのフッターと、arrow.apache.org/ のメインサイトのフッターを比較します。ドキュメントのフッターを提供しているソースを特定し、その帰属表示を ASF が要求する文言に合わせて更新して、生成されたドキュメントページに同じ帰属表示が表示されることを確認します。
