Enhancing Answer write setting to question level. managed by moderators or Admin

The current write levels are set at the site level, meaning that the same settings would apply to every question on the site.

Note: Some text has been modified to align with my site's objective.

This setting would require the site to either select one setting. For example: 'Each user can only write one answer for each question,' which could apply to all questions, or 'No questions,' which means the configuration wouldn't apply to any question.

To have a question level override of this settings and
Admins (or) Moderators can change this setting At question level for a particular question based on request form user.

まず、既存のサイトレベルの回答書き込み設定と、質問、モデレーター、管理者の各フローを確認します。質問レベルの上書き設定をどのように選択するか、誰が変更できるか、サイトのデフォルトとどのように連携するかを定義します。実装および検証に十分な形で、動作と権限ルールが文書化されていれば完了とします。
