Gamification Motivation for Contribution UX Pop up

Increasing User Experience when User Participating in community - Currently there is a gamification - reputation etc. but this like add pop ups for appreciating user and guiding whats Next, Ability for configuring them when we user that contributed to community

This is a good to have Feature Request - fulls under category of UX
