Tag-Wiki content is not searchable

When the user searches for a niche topic, they might not now about a tag, but maybe a keyword for the Tag, that is written in the tag's description.

If the tag-details contain a word "x", and i search for "x", the tag detail page should show up as a result.

I find the "wiki" naming a bit weird. The url is "info", and in multiple tickets it was referenced as "Details". I think either of them are more fitting descriptions than "wiki".

Start by tracing the existing search flow and how tag details are exposed at the tag detail page. Confirm how words in a tag's description are indexed, then verify that searching for such a word returns the corresponding tag detail page and that the result uses consistent naming for the tag's wiki/details content.
