Technical terms should not be translated

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
GitHub is (and will stay) in English. Non-English speaking users never use translated works, they use them directly in English. That's why technical terms (issues, PRs, stars, commits, etc.) should, in my opinion, remains in English.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I think we should use something like that (for the French translation):

Total de stars: 995
```
instead of
```
Total d'étoiles: 995
```
