Active file tag ("In <filename>") stuck in Cursor terminal prompt after closing tab

Running Claude Code v2.1.270 in Cursor's terminal on macOS.

When a file is opened, the prompt shows `> ◫ In `. But after closing the tab, the filename tag remains stuck in the prompt and can't be removed — backspace doesn't delete it, and running `/clear` doesn't clear it either.

Start by reproducing the issue in Claude Code v2.1.270 running in Cursor's terminal on macOS: open a file, close its tab, and inspect the active-file prompt tag. Check whether backspace or /clear changes the stuck filename. Done means the “In ” tag disappears after the tab closes and can no longer be removed only through restarting the session.
