[BUG] 日本語IME入力時のプロンプトの遅延により、誤入力・文字欠落が頻発する

### What's Wrong?

プロンプト入力欄で日本語IME(ローマ字入力からのかな漢字変換)を使用すると、入力処理がキー入力に追いつかず遅延することがあります。その結果、文字の欠落・重複・順序の入れ替わりが頻発し、誤入力として手動修正が必要になります。

### What Should Happen?

入力・変換した文字が、遅延による欠落や文字化けなくそのまま正確に表示されるべきです。

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Windows上のターミナルで日本語IMEを有効にした状態でClaude Codeを起動する
2. 通常の入力速度で日本語の文章を入力する(スペースで変換、Enterで確定を含む)
3. プロンプト入力欄に表示された結果を確認する
- インターフェース: Visual Studio 2026 の統合ターミナルパネル(Developer PowerShell)内で実行

Start by reproducing the regression in the prompt input field using Japanese IME on Windows Terminal inside Visual Studio 2026's Developer PowerShell, including conversion with Space and confirmation with Enter. Use Claude Code v2.1.268 and verify that normally typed and converted Japanese appears without missing, duplicated, reordered, or garbled characters.
