I'm going through the flow, Notion says "all good, go back to your coding agent" but claude code and claude web both cannot find the connection (as if I never connected)

Start by reproducing the Notion connection flow on Linux in tmux using Claude Code and Claude web, noting the reported version 2.1.267 and feedback ID cb5b5c0d-e6f6-4d97-ac7e-a4a440b71126. Compare the post-authorization state with the expected behavior: both clients should recognize the Notion connection after Notion reports success.
