### What's Wrong?
After the desktop app updated to 1.49585.0.0, the settings panel's left navigation no longer fits its container on Windows.
- A vertical scrollbar appeared in the sidebar, which was not there before the update.
- "Claude in Chrome" is ellipsized to "Claude in Chr...".
- "API keys", the last entry, is clipped at the bottom of the list.
The same settings page on claude.ai renders correctly: every label is fully visible and there is no scrollbar. Screenshots of both are attached below.
Reducing the app zoom with Ctrl+- does not help: the label stays truncated at smaller zoom levels.
The Windows "Always show scrollbars" accessibility setting is off (DynamicScrollbars = 1), so this is not caused by permanently expanded system scrollbars.
### What Should Happen?
All sidebar entries should be fully readable and the list should fit within the panel, as it does in the web version of the same settings page.

### Steps to Reproduce
1. On Windows, open the Claude desktop app (version 1.49585.0.0).
2. Open Settings.
3. Look at the navigation list on the left-hand side of the settings panel.
Observed: the list overflows its container, a vertical scrollbar is shown, "Claude in Chrome" is rendered as "Claude in Chr...", and "API keys" (the last entry) is clipped at the bottom.
4. For comparison, open the same settings page on claude.ai in a browser: all labels render in full and no scrollbar appears.
5. Press Ctrl+- to reduce the app zoom and reopen Settings: the label is still truncated.

This is a layout issue in the desktop app shell rather than in the Claude Code CLI, so the area:desktop label probably applies.
Environment: Windows 11 Pro (build 26200), 2560x1440 display. The app is installed as an MSIX package and auto-updates.
Screenshots: the first shows the desktop app settings sidebar with the scrollbar, the truncated "Claude in Chrome" entry and the clipped "API keys" row. The second shows the same settings page on claude.ai, rendering correctly.
