[BUG] Android Remote Control chats stuck on infinite loading spinner and never open

## Observed behavior
On September 8, 2026, multiple existing Remote Control chats in the Claude Android app remain on an indefinite loading spinner and never open.

## Steps to reproduce
1. Open the Claude Android app.
2. Go to Code / Remote Control sessions.
3. Select an existing remote chat.
4. Observe the indefinite loading spinner.
5. Repeat with other remote chats.

## Expected behavior
Load the conversation normally or show a clear error or disconnected state if the session is unavailable.

## Impact
Affected remote conversations cannot be opened or resumed. No actionable error is shown.

## Related issues
- #78669: Same user-visible spinner symptom. Closed September 4, 2026 with stale label and not_planned reason. A shared root cause has not been confirmed.

Start by reproducing through the Android app path: Code / Remote Control sessions, then opening existing remote chats. Read the linked issues #78669 and #88803 for prior spinner symptoms and parity tracking. Capture the missing app and CLI versions plus runner status; done means affected chats either load normally or show a clear error/disconnected state instead of an indefinite spinner.
