[Bug] Scheduled cloud task failed to execute at configured time and did not send notification

**Bug Description**
I have scheduled a weekly report that will look over my exercise notes and give me suggestions on monday morning. Yesterday (monday) I noticed at around 4pm that it never ran. I configured this to run in the cloud since it shouldn't need access to my machine for any of this work. When I saw that it hand't completed I expanded the report thing and saw it was running then, but it didn't run at 7am at all, and it never sent the report info to my phone as I expected
