[Feature Request] Add clipboard image paste support for direct screenshot insertion

**Improvement Description**
It would be really cool to be able to insert an image (screenshot) directly from the clipboard into the console. Currently, I have to save the image to a file and then drag the link to that file into the console. I think it would be relatively easy to automate this. Thanks!

No file or test is named. Start by locating the console input and paste-handling entry points, then investigate how Windows Terminal exposes image data from the clipboard. Done means a clipboard screenshot can be inserted directly into the console without first saving it to a file.
