[BUG] iOS Code tab: completed/idle sessions show gray status dot instead of green

**Description**

In the Claude Code iOS mobile app, on the **Code** tab's **Sessions** list, completed/idle sessions used to show a **green** status dot. As of today (2026-09-04), they render as a plain **gray** dot instead.

**Screenshot**

Sessions list shows:
- `VM111-f44-vpn-claude` — orange dot, "Waiting for you" (this one looks correct/expected — orange = needs input)
- `client-upgrade-reef-squid...` — gray dot, last activity "6m"
- `QE_Tracker` — gray dot, last activity "15m"

The latter two are finished/idle sessions that previously showed green and now show gray.

**Expected behavior**

Idle/completed sessions with no pending action should show their usual green status dot, distinct from gray (offline/no-status) and orange (waiting for input).

**Actual behavior**

Idle/completed sessions render with a gray dot, visually indistinguishable from an offline/disconnected state.

**Environment**

- Platform: iOS (iPhone), Claude Code mobile app, Code tab
- Noticed: 2026-09-04 (today) — exact app version not captured; reporter did not have it on hand at report time
- Reproducibility: consistently observed across multiple sessions in the list at time of report

**Additional context**

Searched existing issues for `green`, `iPhone`, `iOS`, `gray dot`, `mobile status color`, `finished session indicator`, etc. — found related-but-distinct reports (e.g. stale/stuck green indicators going the *opposite* direction, or desktop/VS Code session-list color issues), but no existing report matching this specific gray-instead-of-green regression on the iOS Code tab session list.

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the issue in the iOS Code tab and record the exact app version, then trace how the Sessions list distinguishes idle/completed, waiting-for-input, and offline states. Done means idle/completed sessions show green, waiting sessions remain orange, and offline sessions remain gray, with a regression test if the relevant project area supports one.
