[BUG] The repository picker in Claude Code (mobile app / tablet, "코드" tab → new session) shows no repositories. Opening the repo selector displays "저장소를 찾을 수 없습니다" ("Repository not found") with an empty list, regardless of search.

### What's Wrong?

The repository picker in Claude Code (mobile app / tablet, "코드" tab → new session) shows no repositories. Opening the repo selector displays "저장소를 찾을 수 없습니다" ("Repository not found") with an empty list, regardless of search.

My GitHub repositories should appear in the repository picker so I can start a new cloud session.
