**Bug Description**
My 5 hours usage limit is consumed in literal 2 messages since yesterday and these 2 messages are not even complex ask. There is something seriously wrong with my account as I am on max x5 plan now and still getting usage lower than pro plan since yesterday evening. Please could you investigate into the issue as this has never happened with my claude account before and it should not happen going forward. Please could you help
