[Bug] Rate limit consumed prematurely - 5 hour window exhausted in 30 minutes

**Bug Description**
My 5 hour window was consumed within 30 minutes. I ahve not used heavy models. this is the first time it has happened and i sense it is some issue. i am mindful of context, tools, etc. please check this issue and reset the ,limit
