[Bug] Cybersecurity safeguard blocks local ethernet network queries

**Bug Description**
it's my own computer that i connected with ethernet cable dude. why does cybersecurity safeguard trigger on this?! i just want to see what videocard i have on my windows pc from my linux pc and then use claude to dual boot it. nothing cybersecurity about this
