[BUG] Voice input (mic) misrecognizes Korean speech in VS Code extension

### What's Wrong?

채팅 입력창의 마이크 버튼으로 한국어 음성을 입력하면, 실제 발음과 무관한 영어 알파벳 조합으로 잘못 인식됩니다.
예: "마이크 수음이 잘 안되는구만" → "Michael School, Midiana Denguman" 처럼 엉뚱하게 변환됨.

같은 마이크로 Chrome 브라우저에서 Gemini, claude.ai를 사용할 때는 한국어 음성 인식이 정상 동작합니다. VS Code 확장에서만 이 문제가 발생합니다.

1. VS Code에서 Claude Code 확장 열기
2. 채팅 입력창 옆 마이크 버튼 클릭
3. 한국어로 말하기 (예: "마이크 수음이 잘 안되는구만")
4. 결과: 입력창에 한글이 아닌 엉뚱한 영어/외국어 조합으로 텍스트가 입력됨 (예: "Michael School, Midiana Denguman")

Reproduce the issue in the Claude Code VS Code extension by using the chat input microphone button with Korean speech on Windows and PowerShell, then compare the transcript with Chrome's behavior. Done means Korean speech is transcribed as Hangul rather than unrelated English text for the stated example.
