### What's Wrong?
Summary
Google Workspace connectors (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) connected via claude.ai/settings/customize-connectors show as "Connected" (Type: Web), but never appear as available connectors when configuring a Claude Code cloud routine (claude.ai/code/routines). The routine's connector list returns empty every time, regardless of reconnecting the integration or waiting for propagation.
Account / environment
Account: [vince@overcoming.com.au](mailto:vince@overcoming.com.au)
Connectors page (claude.ai/settings/customize-connectors): Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive all show Status: Connected, Type: Web
Checked via: Claude Code /schedule flow (routine creation), which reports "Available MCP Connectors" as empty
Rechecked 8 times over roughly 45 minutes, across multiple states: desktop app connected, desktop app disconnected, desktop app reconnected, browser-connected — no change in any case
Steps to reproduce
Go to claude.ai/settings/customize-connectors and connect Gmail and Google Calendar.
Confirm both show Connected on that page.
Start creating a Claude Code cloud routine that needs Gmail/Calendar access (e.g. via claude.ai/code/routines or the /schedule skill in Claude Code).
Check the routine creation flow's connector list.
Expected behaviour
Gmail and Google Calendar appear as attachable connectors (each with a connector_uuid) so they can be added to a routine's mcp_connections.
Actual behaviour
The connector list is always empty ("No available MCP connectors found"), even though the same account shows both as connected on the main Connectors settings page.
Suspected cause (unconfirmed)
Gmail/Calendar/Drive are listed as Type: Web on the Connectors page — this looks like Anthropic's first-party integration type, used for interactive chat, rather than a generic third-party MCP server connector (the kind added via a custom connector URL, e.g. Asana/Jira/Slack) that exposes a connector_uuid the routines system can attach. If that's correct, first-party Google Workspace connectors may simply not be supported for Code routines yet — but this isn't documented anywhere we could find, hence this report.
Impact
Blocks setting up any recurring/scheduled Claude Code cloud routine that needs to read or act on Gmail/Calendar without a person present — in our case, an automated inbox-triage routine and a weekly scheduled email report.
Request
Please confirm whether first-party Google Workspace connectors are intended to be attachable to Code cloud routines, and if not currently supported, whether/when that's planned.

Hướng nghiên cứu
Start by reviewing the attached support report and reproducing the /schedule flow in claude.ai/code/routines after connecting Gmail or Google Calendar in claude.ai/settings/customize-connectors. Determine whether first-party Google Workspace connectors are intended to expose connector_uuid values for cloud routines; done means the support status is confirmed and the behavior or limitation is documented.
