Provide Azure DevOps extension

There's a huge gap in offerings for Azure DevOps. There's no alternative to Copilot agents available for Azure DevOps, and Microsoft is pushing users to GitHub. A lot of corporate customers don't want to do that, so people are having to create insecure solutions for this. It would be great to see some official support from Anthropic for this to address this market of corporate users (there might be more users than GitHub itself given the amount of Azure DevOps projects without any native connection to generative AI)
