The numbers adds unncessary friction. This is how most of the peoples brains perceive such a thing.

**I WILL COME WITH AN IMPLEMENTATION**

Start by locating the deck main view and tracing how review counts are displayed. Determine where an option to hide those counts belongs and confirm that the setting can be enabled or disabled; done means the main view omits the numbers when requested. The issue names no files or tests and says the author will provide an implementation.
