## Description
As a BIT Maintainer,
I need to add BIT Personal Background table to MS schema,
so that I can move further in the BIT-MS full integration process
## Acceptance Criteria
### Update [Required]
- [ ] Add BIT Personal Background to MS schema
- [ ] Add new migration script version for other contributors to apply the schema changes to their local db
## Definition of Done
- [ ] All of the required items are completed.
- [ ] Approval by 1 mentor.
