Feature request: Stepper summaries

#### What is the expected behavior?
I should be able to add a summary like in the screenshot below.

#### What is the current behavior?
It's possible to add a summary inside of the label, but it's verbose (need to check for all cases to/hide display) and requires overriding styles.

Happy to send out a PR if there's interest.

まず既存の stepper の実装と、現在 labels がコンテンツをどのようにレンダリングしているかを確認し、次に要求されているサマリーの動作を、リンク先の Material Design の例と比較します。ユーザーがサマリーを labels に含めたりスタイルを上書きしたりせずにステップのサマリーを追加でき、関連するステップ状態を動作がカバーしていれば完了です。
