bug(Date Picker): Date picker display incorrect Hijri dates using 'ar-SA' locale.

### Description

I used to use Date Picker with Hijri dates, using native adapter and every thing works fine, after updating to angular ^18.1.0 dates not displayed correctly.

### Expected Behavior

to display correct equivalent date in Hijri.

### Actual Behavior

Hijri date displayed inncorect, however value is correct.

Commencez par la reproduction StackBlitz liée et comparez son comportement avec Angular 18.1/@angular/material à celui de la configuration Angular 17 qui fonctionnait auparavant. Suivez l’adaptateur de date natif et le chemin d’affichage ar-SA ; le travail est terminé lorsque le sélecteur de date rend la date Hijri équivalente correcte tout en préservant la valeur déjà correcte.
